Today for lunch at the senior center I was served wide noodles and a slice of white bread with beef and gravy. Normally I would not have eaten the noodles made with white flour and the white bread. I gave myself permission. I ate the noodles and used the white bread to soak up the gravy and ate it. So far I am not bingeing. I enjoyed the meal very much and ate it mindfully. Will see what happens. Maybe this way of eating can work for me.
