Guest guest
So interesting about the move making the difference. I wonder if you were more active. The time I naturally lost a lot of weight was when my husband was overseas (first gulf war) and I was alone with 3 kids. Some was obviously stress, but a lot was being so much busier all the time. I got the idea to look up this group while reading Women, Food and God. > > I live in the northeast but we have moved numerous times. When I lived out west in Colorado in a small mountain town, my dieting came to an end when I discovered that most people did not know or care about the latest fad diet. I ate healthy and didn't think about what I weighed, or what size I was. It also helped that the nearest store was 25 miles away. > > We then moved back to the northeast and lo and behold, back came the disordered eating, weight gain, dieting. So I guess I need to figure this out since I am not getting any younger. >
