Hi Meredith - I'm new too, but I'll still say " welcome " :)  I have endeavored to start a meditation practice in the past and didn't stick with it.  I have a tendency to overfill my life with commitments to others and leave very little time for myself.  But I am realizing that even with only a little time I can begin a small meditation time daily.  

I'm especially over-committed at work at the moment so have little time to workout.  I used to do that at lunch since my evenings are very full currently with caring for my grandson.  I know that I will soon have more time - when my current big project which takes me offsite ends.  

My biggest accomplishment this week is that I don't think there is any food that I've inhaled without tasting.  :)Jody
