Hi ,

Glad to have you!

Although I've never smoked, I can certainly appreciate the difficulty of quitting. My husband smoked for many years, and it took him several attempts before he was finally able to throw the things away for good. However, I do believe that you're correct in your assumption about how much more difficult it can be to change food/dieting/eating issues as they can be so emotionally charged. And unlike cigarettes, you need food to live.

Welcome,

Jeanne
