Hi Josie,

we stayed at the hotel, too. We drove down from Vancouver. I wish I'd known you

were there. Have you done a blog on it yet? The girl in front of me was

blogging I think as it was going on. And Geneen mentioned that she had read

someone's blog. What a great way to spend a weekend. BOY, she is amazing & sure

didn't disappoint me. I wish I'd had the courage to mention this group when she

was talking about support & the FB group. I'm in both & this one seems so much

easier to navigate for me.

cheers

mj

experience. I wish that it had been a little longer though because there was so

much that we didn't have time to cover. What made the most impression on me were

these tips:

own, she talked about book clubs, retreats - online & live, facebook group &

even though she didn't mention it I'm positive she would be including THIS group

in the mix)

need to honour the guidelines about eating when hungry ( & that means checking in

with ourselves on the hunger scale) & stopping when we are satisfied (again,

that means checking in with ourselves)

ourselves. Even if we can just start out with 5 or 10 mins & work our way up

from there.

so much I wanted to be able to remind myself of after it was over. I am really

grateful that I had the opportunity to attend & I can't wait to go again.
