I think you'd have to search for this by the state you live in. I'd start by

asking your primary care physician to recommend some doctors in your area who

specialize in treating the adult survivors of child abuse. Your general

practitioner should have a few resources for you, perhaps even a list of

recommended inpatient care facilities.
