As someone who has been professionally dieting for the past 32 years i am hoping

to finally STOP! I want to rid myself of constantly thinking about food and

weight. I quit smoking two years ago and thought that would be the hardest thing

i would ever accomplish. However, I really believe that freeing myself of this

issue will actually be tremendously more difficult.

I am hoping to find the support and encouragement to meet this last personal

goal.
