Guest guest
I'm just on 40 mgs.. and I run all the time... everytime I stand up... I go potty....lol.. I would call doctor it is not good that your staying swollen.. praying Carol Re: To Carol from ... was.. - Edema?? Carol, If anything I drink too much water. I push between 1/2 gallon to a whole gallon a day. Anything to get the swelling under control. Coffee doesn't help at all anymore...it used to send me straight to the bathroom. posted a thing on parsley tea and all that does is clean out the other end...if you get my meaning. I hit bathrooms about 2 to 4 hours after I take my water pill, then the water starts staying inside even though I'm still drinking. There were a few days that the pills didn't work at all and I kick started them the next day by doubling the dosage...bad I know, but it worked. Maybe my pill dosage is too low. I'm only on 20 mg. of Lasix a day. > a/Carol,> > The internal medicine doc I see put me on diuretics more than a week > ago. I have pitting edema in my shins.
