Guest guest
sugar, I too have low blood pressure problems. your doctor will have to do blood work to see what the problem is. it could be your potassium level. I have to drink salty items like chicken broth and take a potassium pill off the shelf. but I would get your doctor to check you out as this could be scary as you know. question on low blood pressure Hi sorry if this is off topic, but I need to find out something: currently i am in tree, southern California with my parent's. grandmother has breast cancer, and will have her left breast removed, so I will be in charge of the drainage and etc.. well, my question is what should I do besides drink plenty of water for blood pressure? I checked myself and I was 54 over 41, I am orginally Chronic low blood pressure, but maybe because I am trying to get over flu symptoms(I do not take any shots for flu due to medications for transplants) and i am at the last of this yukky thing, just nagging dry cough. so any suggestions on low blood pressure and my symptoms of dizziness, and just feeling tired? If I go to doc. he is going to tell me to drink alot of water, since in the past, when hospitalized, it was due to dehydration, causeing my bp to drop, so I am doing all I can, and maybe it's all I can do, until I feel, if I feel worse, then I'll have to go in, but I want to prevent that. ok, sorry just wanting people's input thanks sugar " When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been opened for us. Guest guest
Sugar, Could any of the meds you are on be causing the low blood pressure? Were you taking any OTC meds that might lower your BP? Perhaps some water with a little bit of salt would up the BP also? _____ From: blind-diabetics [mailto:blind-diabetics ] On Behalf Of Sugar Sent: Sunday, February 20, 2011 11:31 AM To: blind-diabetics Subject: question on low blood pressure Hi sorry if this is off topic, but I need to find out something: currently i am in tree, southern California with my parent's. grandmother has breast cancer, and will have her left breast removed, so I will be in charge of the drainage and etc.. well, my question is what should I do besides drink plenty of water for blood pressure?
