Guest guest Posted July 8, 2010 Report Share Posted July 8, 2010 I would be okay with that but only if it is once in a while. I think every 2 weeks would be good for me or once a month. My coach said that I haven't lost weight because I am not eating when hungry and stopping when full. If we are truly doing that then the weight usually comes off in time. I need help!
