attention issues

We have a little high functioning guy with attention issues (among other things)

Ultimately medication may be on the table but we wanted to see what else we

could try.

We were thinking of trying Klaire's/Prothera's Acetyl-L-carnitine

1 capsule 500 mg

and Klaire/Prothera's Phosphtidyl Serine

which contains 100 mg phophatidlyserine 100mg

phosphatidylcholine 100mg

phosphatidylethanolamine 2.5 mg

phosphatidylinositol 1.5 mg

We were thinking the combination would help boost acetylcholine

Pure makes a phosphatidylecholine with 420 mg-is 100 mg enough to see a

difference?

Does anyone have any other ideas?

I was also thinking of trying some amino acids such as l-tyrosine, l-theanine

Thankyou in advance!

Mark
