Hi,

I'm and I am new to all of this also. I am so happy to talk to people who think like all of you. So many people around me are talking about this program and that program and they look at me like I'm just giving up by not doing any kind of program. I am working to get the hang of it, but it feels very right. I realise now that I only started having a weight problem when I started a ''Program'' 20 years ago. So, now I am going to learn to listen to my body again.
