It is really all mental. We know it is there so we want it. I am trying to break through it myself. I started telling myself today after an awful day of eating too much when not hungry that food hasa no power over me. Just saying that to yourself might help and asking yourself what is really going on helps. I am beginning to realize that I graze when not hungry instantly when I get mad or bored. My son will be calling for me when I am trying to do something and then I get agitated and grab whatever is near to eat.
