hi bonnie,

thanks for posting these. i think i will print them out.

i haven't posted for awhile because i was afraid that IE was just another weight

loss scheme and that depressed me and caused me to not want to participate. even

writing the words " weight loss " or " diet " causes me distress. and i've been

feeling more comfortable with various fat acceptance blogs.

but i don't see anywhere in the 10 principles that weight loss is the goal...so

maybe i can do IE after all?
