thank you April for responding. I think I am just going to plow my way through

the book on my own for now & then if I get stuck i can try signing up or having

a few sessions private sessions. From reading the book, I can see that it would

be really useful to me to continue on with it as well as keep working on

Geneen's guidelines. They seem compatible to me.
