Guest guest
Even though the shot does not contain mercury, odds are it contains other harmful preservatives like aluminum, etc. I don't know a lot about the chicken pox shot, but I have heard that it's only good for ten years, then needs to be re-administered. By then your son would be 17 and at that point it would be much more dangerous for him to get chicken pox then it would be if he were to just get them now. In my opinion, if your son is already ASD, the shot will do more harm than good, but that's just my opinion. I will never get another vaccine again and neither will my 19-year-old aspie daughter To: mb12 valtrex Sent: Fri, February 4, 2011 10:49:27 PMSubject: Chickenpox vaccine Hi,My son just turned 7 and was diagnosed with ASD at 2.5. I read that Chickenpox does not have thimerosol. Please advise if my son could regress because of this chickenpox shot.RegardsG

Guest guest
My son is 4.5, has not had varicella shots, nor the actual chicken pox. But he does have high titers. So before even considering the vaccine, you should pull the titers. And then, well, I STILL wouldn't give the vaccine. But you know, each person needs to make that call for themselves. Guest guest
This is my humble opinion only, but I wouldn't do it. Very rarely does the chicken pox seriously damage or kill a person. My son's arm blew up larger than his leg after that vaccine. I regret doing it.-TammyTo: mb12 valtrex Sent: Fri, February 4, 2011 10:49:27 PMSubject: Chickenpox vaccine Hi, My son just turned 7 and was diagnosed with ASD at 2.5. Guest guest
The Chicken pox vaccine was one that played a part in my son's regression so i would definitely advise against it. If he has /has had a compromised immune system or is susceptible to these things ....it is not a good idea. Guest guest
My son got the chicken pox vaccine at 12 months and that pushed him into autism. He had been sick w/ a cold when he got that vaccine and after the chicken pox vacine he got pneumonia and regressinto autism. I wish I never gave him that vaccine. The worst thing is I doubt the vaccine was even effective since he got the chcicken pox 3 years later. Then, they are not even sure how long the vaccine is effective for.......so if it does work,,,,,,it may wear off and you could get the chicken pox as an adult which is much worse then getting it a kid. Guest guest
My daughter got the worst yeast rash of her life after the chicken pox shot, that is also when she really started to regress. I would def not get the shot. Normally I'd say just let him get the chicken pox it's great for natural immunity. The biggest concern would be you and hubby getting it, I hear it can be rough on adults. You could always bump up the vit C and antivirals at that time tho. Just a thought but if I had to do it again I would skip the shot and get the disease. I had it when I was a kid, not really a big deal (to us). Different for everybody tho.... > > Even though the shot does not contain mercury, odds are it contains other > harmful preservatives like aluminum, etc. I don't know a lot about the chicken > pox shot, but I have heard that it's only good for ten years, then needs to be > re-administered. By then your son would be 17 and at that point it would be > much more dangerous for him to get chicken pox then it would be if he were to > just get them now. In my opinion, if your son is already ASD, the shot will do > more harm than good, but that's just my opinion. I will never get another > vaccine again and neither will my 19-year-old aspie daughter > > > > > > > ________________________________ > > To: mb12 valtrex > Sent: Fri, February 4, 2011 10:49:27 PM > Subject: Chickenpox vaccine > >  > Hi, > My son just turned 7 and was diagnosed with ASD at 2.5. Guest guest
Yes he can regress with this shot. IMO, it's not necessary. I wouldn't do it. My kids began their decent into autism with this shot, finished off by the MMR. Guest guest
the doctor say Chickentpox are very good because booster your inmunesystem naturaly and give you inmunity per lifetime. the chickentpox vaccine in only good for 10 years, and then you have to do it again and again and again plus have all the toxins. you as a parent have the right to refuse an vaccine and signed a paper. take care
