Hi All,I haven't posted in a while, and about 5 months into my IE journey. I recently got back to exercising - walking/running. The posts about exercising go me thinking... when I want to achieve something I visualize myself, just ahead of where I am now. For example, I am jogging and want to go a little further, I visualize myself running a little further up the road from where I am now. I am wondering if I can use this in other ways for IE. I am thinking it might help with identifying true hunger,food choices, not clearing the plate, fullness, etc. Do any of you visualize to help with IE?
