Guest guest Posted February 12, 2010 Report Share Posted February 12, 2010 I started off the new year doing Intuitive eating as suggested by my therapist. I'm not as " curious " as I was in the beginning. But I am still eating mostly processed foods and sweets. I've gained a lot of weight. I don't weigh myself, but I'm having a hard time coming to terms with this weight gain. I do have a healthier relationship with food, but now I'd like to get my body healthier.
