COTTAGE CHEESE FREEZE

This is quick and est to prepare, and an excellent low-calorie treat. It's

fun to be creative with this dessert- try adding shredded coconut, nutmeg,

or anything else that compliments the fruit.

1 cup plain yogurt

1 cup cottage cheese

1/4 cup honey

3/4 cup chopped fresh fruit

Puree all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Freeze in a covered container for about 2 hours, or until half frozen. Turn

it out into a chilled bowl and whip with an electric beater until fluffy.

Return it to the container. Cover and freeze solid. Let the freeze soften at

room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
