I think you are right, but it is 110 deg here today, and 82 in the

apt. I suppose I should be grateful. I am I guess. I don't have any

other choice.

I will be 74 next month and born and raised in NJ and never could stand

the humidity. Spent many years in SD and loved it, but when we got

older, the 40 deg. BELOW zero got to us way too much.

The winters in Richmond are superb. Only sweater weather.
