Guest guest
> ... to me, food is much more than fuel... Food is a fuel, of course. But it's also a time of relaxation, of enjoyment, a socialising thing. It is a relaxing, bonding and caring thing to share food around a table (or campfire or wherever), talking and eating and enjoying and deepening connections. Eating food " on the go " , or while working, or while eating TV -- these things do not honour food. They show no gratitude for the gift that we have been given. They also cause us to forget to pay attention to our food, and then easily overeat or eat food that our bodies don't like. I agree with you. Although technically food is just fuel, as humans it means so much more to us. Paddy
