Don't know why but the combo really helped. I think the crackers helps to soak up acidity in your stomach. Also eating 5-6 small meals throughout the day so that you don't over eat and get nauseous but also so that you don't have an empty stomach which could also cause nausea from gastric juices. Also try to have a small snack before bed, for me it reduced waking up with morning sickness. I also used to get this aromatherapy peppermint cream from a store called "Origins" that makes natural soaps and beauty products. I would put a little on my temples and under my nose and it would really help a lot. It also helped immensely with headaches.
