Best way to remove flouride from water in the house?

Hello,

Our city is going to be adding flouride to the water system. Not only is that a

concern, but an even bigger one is that they admittedly are adding more than the

recommended dosage.

So, I'd like to know what anyone would recommend for getting rid of it. My

neighbor is having a whole house system to remove flouride put in (she already

has a regular one, but this one is specifically for flouride) and this new unit

will cost $2500 installed. That seems very pricey and I feel like there has got

to be a better way.

Have any of you gone through this? It's so frustrating that they are forcing it

on people like this!
