I love this! I have really struggled over the last yr or two with weighing myself all of the time. So I recently surrenderd to the pain of it all and went back to the beginning principles of IE and meanwhile my desire to weigh myself went away. I was at the gym and I usually weigh myself right before I work out, and as I was heading to the scale I thought, "I really don't want to weigh myself today". I had to pause for a minute and say, "really"? Then I moved on to the treadmill and I was absolutely amazed that I didn't weigh myself. Good for you on your choice!Tana
