Guest guest
Hi everyoe, I just wanted to second the question of whether we can make coconut kefir without using a commercial starter kit? The kits seem to use acidopholous . . . or was it lactobacilli? Whatever the case, I have tons of it because my son gets loads of probiotics every day. Can I just dump two capsules (or 4 or 6) of the prebiotic along with say some Biotagen (a prebiotic to feed the probiotic) into my green coconut water (bought them this weekend jumping the gun a bit because I don't have starter)? Or will I end up with swill? Thanks everyone, > > > > > > > Hi! I have looked through some old posts, and did not really see an answer > > to my specific question- and then the server stalled.
