Guest guest Posted December 7, 2010 Report Share Posted December 7, 2010 Hi All!I was wondering if everyone would tell us new to IE, which books or programs they have read and if they were helpful. I have been in Weigh Down (first time hearing of hunger/fullness body clues, it was helpful for that), read 2 of Geneen Roth's books can't remember the one (not helpful to me at the time anyway) and Women Food and God, (which I did find very enlightening), and am currently reading Shrink Yourself, (which feels like really good therapy, without the judging that I have always felt at face to face therapy)I think this would be very helpful to me to hear from those who have been studying this a while. Also, to hear succeses in weight loss and control of emotions would be great, I can sometimes feel like I'm studying but not applying, and would be encouraged to hear that someone out there has been appyling.
