Guest guest
Hello, My son needs braces. I do see that about him. My problem is that I worry about side effects. I once met a women who told me that her son (who had recovered) regressed after braces. I would only consider porcelain ones but I still worry. Have any of you had any experience with this at all? Any advice would be much appreciated. At this point, I am not going to get them, unless I can find a way that is safe and non-toxic, which I don't really find to be true. Thank you! Guest guest
When my NT son got braces a few years ago I asked several homeopathic dentists what to do. They told me that regular braces are bad cause the spacers contain nickel which is a known carcinogen that causes cancer. They recommended ceramic braces that are much safer.........We paid an extra $500 for the ceramic but that sure beats cancer. > You know, I wondered that myself (if Invisi-line was BPA free..)> > if you find out, post it! laura> > > >> > My son's dentist already wants us to see an orthodontist (he's 8, for crying out > > loud)...I'm holding off til his teen years because I have the same worries.
