Guest guest Posted July 17, 2010 Report Share Posted July 17, 2010 Hi I just read Josie's blog entry on weighing & I am working on NOT weighing, as well. I used to be a compulsive weigher. Sometimes I used to try on different outfits before my TOPS meeting to see which one I was lighter in (I know, sounds so CRAZY). I finally THREW out my scale after reading WFG & for now I am only weighing in once a month (on the same day as my birthday so I will always remember not to " cheat " & do it before). My day is the 11th, & I haven't even been tempted since I made the decision to do it that way. My goal is to go completely FREE of weight so that I won't have a clue how much I weigh but for m=now once a month is good.
