Guest guest Posted October 7, 2010 Report Share Posted October 7, 2010 I have been having trouble with sleep. I'm not getting myself back on a sleeping schedule to see if I can straighten this out. Turn this around. I'm going to bed before 11 and waking up at 6. Last night was a rough night. It does havoc on my eating. When I don't sleep I crave refined carbs and sugar.
