The usual amount for a small child is 6-12mg. At 3 I would probably go very

slow to start. One Drop to start (which is 3mg). You could even go half a drop

if you wanted to start slower.

Sometimes more iodine is better than less. The theory is that even as the iodine

is killing pathogens it is also needed to help excrete those dead pathogens. So

many people say they feel better with more than less.

I think I had liver issues because i had a lifetime of collecting virus,

bacteria and probably worms. I had already had some liver issues, gallbladder,

too. I was overweight with a lot of fat that was storage for all those

pathogens. I doubt a young fairly healthy person would have those same issues. I

have never seen give me any indication his liver was bothering him. I

think he would be rubbing his liver if he were having issues because thats what

i did to make it feel better. Not everyone has liver issues. Apple juice is very

good for the liver.

It would depend on your multi. If you have a good multi with enough Mag, C and

Bs then it would probably be fine. The natural salt isnt negotiable. Mag and C

are important even without iodine, so those are necessary. Some say the Bs

(Niacin/B2) are negotiable. I didnt add the Bs at first.

worried about?
