There is a free call tomorrow (Wednesday) that sounds awesome! I don't know if I will have time to participate, but I really could use the inspiration right now -- I am also struggling with emotional issues and stress brought on by the holidays. This week, I am participating in two live events: one on the phone, which you can participate in from anywhere in the world -- and one in New York, which is an in-person gathering with the clothes designer Eileen Fisher.

First, the call: On Wednesday December 8, from 5:30-7:00 pm Pacific time, I will be doing an interview about Women Food and God as part of an ongoing program called Women on the Edge of Evolution: Awakening the Power to Co-Create our Lives and Shape Our Collective Future. You can participate live or listen to the recording later at any time, from anywhere in the world.

Twenty female writers, artists and thinkers including Barbara Marx Hubbard, Houston, Marci Shimoff, nne on, Alanis Morissette, Joan Borysenko, Etheridge and others have or will be participating in the series whose purpose is to address many of the questions facing us today -- questions about our roles as women, creativity, strength, authenticity.
