O/T: Is there an App for the droid to speak what is typed

I just got a new cell phone and was wondering if there was an application for

droid phones that will have speech output of what is typed. My son is

nonverbal, but types well. It would not be his primary speech device, but I

would like to have something on my phone if it exists.
