And even when you've been doing it for years, you'll still have times you swear your finger has no blood in it! But persistence always comes through in the end. I've pricked a finger, or fingers, maybe 6 times before finally getting the sample of blood I needed. I refuse to accept not getting a reading. I can't manage my diabetes without knowing where my bg is. So, I push on until I get a test. You can do it as long as you have this kind of attitude! Dave " ...In this world you will have trouble.
