Guest guest
Katcha, thanks for the support - it's good to know that something that feels so right, is still compatible with IE after all. Actually, it's starting to make more sense to me now, how it does fit in with IE, because it's not unlike the distinctions people have been making in recent posts about the REASONS for different choices to obstain from certain foods, being what makes it IE or not. (irony of that one is I was a vegetarian for many years and then stopped due to messages my body was giving me - I've rarely regretted that, and it's probably one of the most significant times I've ever listened to my body). And I completely agree about the need to be flexible, and absolutely will remain open to any choices I make for now, perhaps changing over time. We'll see! > > > > I'm sure some might see this as counter to IE but I have to say, that when I tried this yesterday, I felt the most calm and peace I've had since starting this, and I think when I feel more peaceful and calm, I can be more in touch with my body and make healthier, more loving choices for myself. >
