Guest guest Posted April 9, 2011 Report Share Posted April 9, 2011 so I am in a hotel from 3/ 4 days and i know myself.If I eat at the buffet, it is so triggering. I might be able to control the need to try everything at that right time when I am serving food on a plate but at some point during the day, I would go insane. So what am I doing to stay calm and eat just what I need to satisfy hunger levels? I order breakfast as room service. Yes, you end up paying way much more but it is a health reason... It works.I only eat the healthy choices I made each morning. lunch or dinner is different as I can get out but I found that arrangment workable to avoid overeating or binges from early in the am why is our issue so expensive?
