I don't know if they do as advertised; I no of no way of measuring. I do know that wearing them is the only way I get a decent nights sleep. (we can write it off as that..) and yes, I'm 40 this Sept..and writing my bucket list...it's on there!! Yeah, make homemade ones...let me know (let us all know!)
