Guest guest
Wow Josie, it sounds like you are really having an experience with this book! I think that it is very telling that you end up in the kitchen because of how uncomfortable reading this book is making you. You are really having to question something you thought you knew about yourself. I don't think that our eating always has to come from some huge dramatic experience in our childhood, sometimes it is just about avoiding a feeling we are having in the moment and if you have been doing this for a long time it may stem from childhood. Other times for me when I over eat it is often simply because I have waited to long to eat and I cannot control the physiological response from my body. Good luck on your journey and thank you for sharing.Tana
