Guest guest Posted May 15, 2010 Report Share Posted May 15, 2010 I understand that we should not focus on weight or on a number. I am dealing well with not using the scale at home. I never got rid of it but I rarely use it. I don't even see my weight when I go to the doctor. But let's be honest, clothes can tell you a lot. We know from how they fit, if you are bloated, heavier ot thinner. So even though we don't focus on weight and we may try to avoid seeing the number, we know... it is so hard so I guess the question is how do we deal with body checking?
