Thanks, I just ordered that one today from my library. I wish they had more IE books. I'm going to talk to the librarian about some suggestions.Looking forward to reading that one.mjTo: IntuitiveEating_Support Sent: Tue, September 14, 2010 1:45:57 PMSubject: Re: favourite IE book

My favorite so far has been Overcoming Overeating by Jane Hirschmann and Carol Munter. For me it was more accessible and practical than Women, Food and God which sort of had my swimming inside my brain at times. Hello, I love reading & I was wondering what IE books people have read & which ones they thought were worth getting.I have read WF & God (my personal favourite)IE, a revolutionary program that works ( a VERY close second)It's Not About Food - end your obsession with food & weight (I really like this one, too)Eating in the light of the moon (I liked parts of this but not as much as the other books)What books have

you read that might be worth reading. I'm ready to get a few more & would love to hear about your favourites. I've heard that When Women Stop Hating their Bodies is a good one & I intend to get it but need a couple of others to get the free shipping.thanksmj
