I've also heard that B-6 helps, but I'm still nursing so I haven't tried more of that yet. I do believe that the first 3 are helping me, in my mood swings at least. Best, Abby hi ladies I was wondering if you have any suggestions on what to eat on heavy menstrual days to minimize bloating and discomfort. In the past, I used to overeat due to heavy PMS and heavy bleeding. I have been eating at a pretty normal flow for quite sometime now but my periods set me off.I tend to overeat or go to the other extreme.
