He will be under anesthesia for 10-14 hours as they rebuild his tongue. Please keep him in your prayers. His name is Jim Harrington. He came through 10 hours of surgery today and is doing well. They will keep him asleep for 24 hours and will wake him tomorrow night. It's going to be a tough week for him and his wife so please continue to keep him in your prayers. And if you don't mind please keep me in your prayers too. I have been having a hard time, physically, with all of this because I am an empath. It's been hard to keep myself out of his trauma, and to keep from feeling all of the feelings of the rest of my family, who are dealing with their own stress from worry about my brother. I had plans to keep myself busy during this time to keep my mind occupied but all I seem to be able to do is think of this. It's not good for me because it is making me physically ill. I know this, yet it all feels a bit out of control right now.
