So, I was wondering if anyone has heard of the Inside Out Weight Loss podcasts?

I have started listening to them and since there are about 130 or so, I plan to

try to listen to 1 a day, unless the " assignment " is too much to accomplish in a

day. I plan to buy the IE book this next payday, I was just curious if anyone

had used the podcasts to reach their goals as well. I am excited and scared

about the up and coming experiences. I find it very difficult to wait until I'm

hungry to eat, but am getting better at the stopping when satisfied part of the

deal. I just get impatient and dwell on when that hunger signal is gonna show

up. I'm an elementary school teacher and we just started back to work, so that

is difficult as well, what with having lunch breaks to go out to eat everyday.

It'll be even more interesting when I have kids in the classroom and I won't be

able to sit down and have a meal or decent snack if I get hungry other than my

lunch time. If anyone has tips on how to do IE while at work, I'd appreciate it!

I know I'm getting ahead of myself, but since kids start back next Wednesday, I

don't know if I'll have the book by then and I know I won't have finished it

since I want to take my time reading it. Thanks again!
