Guest guest Posted September 2, 2010 Report Share Posted September 2, 2010 Being said that I am the opposite of most women, tending to loose weight when period approaches and bloat in the middle, when I bloat I don't really have any food or particular way of eating or supplementation that helps but I have seen that working out helps me a lot. Whatever kind of workout I do, the hardcore stuff or the low impact seems to help. Maybe that could work for you too? Surely it's rather cheap and no need to take pills. Guest guest Posted September 13, 2010 Report Share Posted September 13, 2010 hi ladies I was wondering if you have any suggestions on what to eat on heavy menstrual days to minimize bloating and discomfort. In the past, I used to overeat due to heavy PMS and heavy bleeding. I have been eating at a pretty normal flow for quite sometime now but my periods set me off.I tend to overeat or go to the other extreme.
