Guest guest Posted September 13, 2010 Report Share Posted September 13, 2010 hi ladies I was wondering if you have any suggestions on what to eat on heavy menstrual days to minimize bloating and discomfort. In the past, I used to overeat due to heavy PMS and heavy bleeding. I have been eating at a pretty normal flow for quite sometime now but my periods set me off.I tend to overeat or go to the other extreme.
