We use MRM - COQ10 w/L-Carnitine. For some reason we did other brands (together

and separately)and it seemed like we were wasting our money. This brand seemed

to hit the nail right on the head -- but as Toni would say (LOL!) running and

ducking for cover! the ingredients aren't great. (I didn't care at that point,

I am not sure I am supposed to say that, but really, I didn't care and I needed

SOMETHING. I got the idea from a bodybuilding forum -- and all the guys raved

about it.)

We went from eating like birds to eating like HORSES! (All good stuff, of

course!)

We bought the MRM stuff on 's recommendation, and occasionally use it. We are also using Nano CoQ10, I think the company is geneceutical something or other. It's 24 hr timed release, 100 mg. Our doc wants my daughter on 200 mg / day so I also found another I am going to use. It's actually Kyolic; going to give it 3 times a day with meals. So we will actually be at 190 mg/day.

So, what's the best brand? My son has been taking Kirkman's hypoallergenic for over a year. I'm just wondering if there is something better out there. :-)

Thanks!
