Guest guest
Sher, I'm very happy to hear there's been only minimal progression. That's excellent news! The sob with normal sats is something we've talked about before and your doctor told you exactly what I've been told many times. Because our lungs are scarred and stiff, it's difficult for us to get air in to them. Our brains interpret this difficulty as shortness of breath even though our sats are normal. It stinks but it is what it is. Happy your reasonably stable! Beth Age 48 Fibrotic NSIP 06/06 Change everything. Guest guest
Peggy... I know, "this dropping business stinks" is for sure! I'm so sorry you are experiencing a drop. Are you breathing any easier? You were having trouble on the higher flow... MamaSher, age 69. IPF 3-06, OR./ NasturtiumsDon't fret about tomorrow, God is already there! Guest guest
... you have probably read in other posts that my current pulmonologist is the very first one I started with. I did the circuit and ended right back with him. He is a good Dr and looking back I should have stayed put. I was not rational for a few months after my dx. It's a real emotional twister to find out online that PF is fatal . At any rate, I'll stay put now. Hope you're doing well. MamaSher, age 69.
