Guest guest
Hey Group, I’m not sure if the person who posted this question has been using B6 with the B-12 first, our children our really deficient in B-6 which is needed to complete the methylation process, I had a similar Reaction when I tried folinic acid on my daughter. I would recommend using B-6 first for awhile before adding the folinic acid about a month otherwise the buildup of folinic acid will cause homocysteine to build up and that is what we are trying to prevent. With that being said B vitamins seem to cause yeast to flare so for my daughter I give her Saccharomyces boulardii to offset the yeast it works, also I don’t know if you are removing things in the diet that cause yeast to flare, but try it( the S-Boulardii) and see if it helps. I'm not really sure how to give magnesium and what kinds of quantities of magnesium are we looking at? Thanks for the info about B6, Sandy. I've been neglecting our B6's in our house. Girl, you keep hitting the nail right on the head. Magnesium and zinc were huge here. Super doses of vitamin C, too. But boy, does this kid respond to minerals. I had just left my son's dan an e-mail last night asking why he recommends folinic even tho we've stopped methyl b. I ended the note by telling him I think we need to add the b complex back in and I think he needs the b6 more than anything - so it's funny you should mention this. thanks again To: mb12 valtrex Sent: Fri, January 28, 2011 10:41:13 AMSubject: Folinic acid Hey Group, I’m not sure if the person who posted this question has been using B6 with the B-12 first, our children our really deficient in B-6 which is needed to complete the methylation process, I had a similar Reaction when I tried folinic acid on my daughter.
