Guest guest
I also use Advanced Diabetic Solutions out of Georgia. Ask them about switching to the Solo V2 meter. One thing I have come to like about it is the warning if you have insufficient blood. There are a couple things I don't like, such as when going into memory the times of the readings aren't announced, but I am satisfied with it to the point I don't think I'll go back to the Prodigy Voice. And they are supposedly farther along with accessible log software. Dave THE ATTACHÉ ~ Zach Brenner loses his eyesight and struggles to find direction. Jessie Weaver searches for a man responsible for saving her life on 9/11, and meets Zach.~ Released January 1, 2012, The Attaché is a story of two people searching for one thing, and finding something else. Hello All: Could someone please tell me what company is best recommended for providing the Prodigy Voice meter and its testing strips? A phone number or website would be most appreciated. Many thanks. -- Peace, love and empathy, Nefertiti
Guest guest
Hi Nef, I have been using med for years for Prodigy supplies. When I was paying out-of-pocket they had the best prices. Now my insurance covers my supplies, so med takes care of all of the insurance paper work and charges me nothing. They are always easy to work with. Their phone number is . Guest guest
I have CCS Medical and can look up the phone number on my computer but just don't have it memorized. I get supplies for 2 months in a row then not the next month but the two months of them is for the three months. I did not know that at first and got kind of concerned when they did not come the next month. So now I guess it will come in January and February but not in March. They called me the other day and said we could also get our prescriptions delivered too. I have not switched us over yet but it is a thought because I always have to have someone running to Wallgreen's for our pills. > Hello All: > > Could someone please tell me what company is best recommended for > providing the Prodigy Voice meter and its testing strips? Guest guest
Yes, I like broccoli a lot. The Benefits of Broccoli Not only is broccoli low in calories and inexpensive, but it's readily available year-round and easy to prepare as well. It's delicious lightly steamed, tossed into stir-fries, eaten raw in salads, used as a topping for pizza and pasta dishes, and puréed for soups. And as if all that weren't enough, it's also one of the healthiest vegetables around! Broccoli is an excellent source of vitamins A, C, and K and a good source of iron, folate, fiber, and calcium. And one cup of steamed broccoli has only 44 calories - what a bargain! Healthwise, broccoli is a powerhouse. It contains some very important cancer-fighting antioxidants and phytochemicals. According to , M.S., R.D., a nutrition adviser to the American Institute for Cancer Research, " Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli have been linked with a lower risk of colon, prostate, lung, and other cancers. Phytochemicals in cruciferous vegetables may also offer some protection from substances in grilled and broiled meats that have been linked with colon cancer. " Other antioxidants found in broccoli, lutein and zeaxanthin, help prevent cataracts and protect vision, and the calcium in broccoli helps you maintain bone mass and keep your bones strong. Add a side of broccoli to your meal or make it the focal point in a stir-fry. You'll love its taste and its benefits!
