Did these behaviors start immediately or a week or two after starting? He may be having an ammonia problem from killing off so many bugs. Try some yucca root and upping his probiotics. Threelac is a good probiotic for this. Also for ammonia L-citrulline and AKG are good as well. Good luck!

, did you give anything else during the time with valtrex? : When you finished with the Valtrex, did you stop because the meltdowns stopped and you felt that she didn't need it anymore?  At what point did you decide to stop?  And I'd like to know, too, if you kept up a maintenance dose?
