Bruce, Yes that is what I said, at 80%, patient pays 20% ope. It is jus sad patients always are the ones who pay when changes happen. I do not have medicare, but I will, 02 would be all I could ever have for therapy and that would need modifications.

You seemed to imply that the coverage is different by state. That is

what I was responding to. The level of coverage is the same regardless

of state.

The reason to select state on that site is to find providers and

insurers.

Bruce, I do not have Medicare I just found that site for someone else as information, however this is what it says, Information provided is for the state of Florida then it goes on to say what it covers, not a provider, I do not know just found the site. Then it says this : pertaining to the State of Florida, I really have not had time to cover just sharing a website I found.

There are 6 Local Medical Review Policies (LMRPs) and 2 National Coverage Determinations (NCDs) written that explain when services or supplies are covered, including when they are considered medically necessary. For more information about LMRPs and NCDs for these services or supplies, please visit the Medicare Coverage Database on www.cms.hhs.gov.
